Laurus Technical Institute's instructional faculty makes students' personal and professional development a top priority. Our instructional faculty average over 10 years experience in their industry and have an extensive knowledge of their field. Laurus faculty and staff understand the importance of education and their role in students' lives. Instructors continuously demonstrate their attentiveness to the needs of the students, a genuine interest to improve and strengthen the curricula and an obligation to self-improvement. Laurus instructors emphasize classroom learning with practical training, the use of real-world examples, and hands-on-training.
HEALTHCARE FACULTY
Laurus healthcare instructors have worked in hospitals, doctor's offices, clinics and health maintenance organizations. They have held many positions within the industry including: medical office managers, medical researchers, EKG technicians, phlebotomy technicians, medical assistants, and medical billers and coders.
HVACR FACULTY
Laurus HVACR instructors average over 15 years experience in the industry and have worked in sales, installation, maintenance, and servicing and repair for residential, industrial, and commercial companies. They have worked for a number of Atlanta's most prominent HVACR companies and contractors. Their HVACR experience ranges from working on small $100 residential projects to large commercial projects over $1,000,000.
