MILITARY SPOUSES AND DEPENDENTS BENEFITS

You may be eligible for the Educational Assistance program (Montgomery GI Bill, Chapter 35) if one of the following apply to you:

  1. You are married to or the dependent of a United States Military veteran who is or has become permanently disabled as a result of active duty
  2. You are married to or the dependent of a United States Military veteran who is deceased as a result of active duty
  3. You are married to or the dependent of a United States Military veteran who is missing in action or was captured in the line of duty and is being forcibly detained by a foreign government or power
